Smart Start Family Festival set for Nov. 14 at Long Leaf Park
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Smart Start of New Hanover County will host its 12th annual Smart Start Family Festival on Saturday, Nov. 14, at Long Leaf Park.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature hands-on activities for children up to 8 years old.
Families can also take part in interactive activities, watch a live performance by the Broccoli Brothers Band and enter raffle drawings.
Organizers say the festival will also give families an opportunity to connect with local organizations and learn about resources available to young children and families in New Hanover County.
