South Brunswick pulls away in second half, defeating Heide Trask 35-14
BOILING SPRING LAKES, NC (WWAY) — South Brunswick pulled away in the second half Friday night, defeating the Titans 35-14.
The teams entered the second half tied at 14 as both looked to gain momentum.
Senior running back Amerius Revels gave the Cougars an early boost in the second half, scoring on a run to put South Brunswick ahead.
The Titans’ running back Kamajah Wilson helped keep his team within striking distance with several tough runs.
South Brunswick’s ground game continued to create opportunities, including a touchdown by junior Gavin Fragiacomo. He was tackled near the goal line but crossed the plane before going down.
The Cougars went on to win 35-14.
