StarNews: Carolina Beach Town Council appoints 2 new members

The Carolina Beach Town Council Tuesday afternoon appointed Tom Bridges and Jody Smith as its two new members.This follows the council appointing existing member Bob Lewis as mayor last week.
The mayoral seat as well as the two open council spots all expire next December and will be up for re-election in November.
