‘Swamp Thing’ looking for adult extras for upcoming shoot
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — They say there are no small parts, only small actors. Whatever your size, the Warner Bros. series “Swamp Thing” shooting in Wilmington is looking for extras for an upcoming shoot.
According to a news release, the series will be shooting scenes Wednesday, March 13, and Thursday, March 14, set at CDC headquarters. It is looking for adults in their mid-20s to 60s of all ethnicities to be paid extras. They will play CDC officials, physicians and chemists, all of whom should have a clean-cut, professional look. The casting team asks for applicants be able to provide their own business casual or business professional attire. You must also be available for both filming dates.
Pay rate is a guaranteed $64 for 8 hrs and time and a half for every hour that exceeds the eighth. Filming days can last up to 10+ hours, and it will be done outside, so please come prepared.
