The Club at Midtown prepares for grand opening later this week

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Club at Midtown will hold its grand opening Nov. 6, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 3 to 6 p.m.

The club is located at the former Holly Tree Racquet Club site and includes 11 indoor pickleball courts, four covered outdoor pickleball courts, two clay tennis courts, golf and game simulators, a fitness center and a resort-style pool with a pool house and steam room.

The facility also includes a members-only restaurant, café and bar. It plans to host leagues, tournaments and other events.

The club is also planning additional amenities for 2027, including bocce ball, badminton, cornhole and a dedicated Mahjong room. Plans also include replastering and heating the pool ahead of the 2027 season.
