Developers say the club will officially mark its groundbreaking on May 18 at 10 a.m., even as construction has been underway for several months. The event signals continued progress toward a planned September opening.
As part of the project’s evolution, the development team has announced a limited membership model, designed to prioritize a more exclusive, service-focused experience. Officials say the approach is intended to maintain quality and accessibility for members, rather than accommodating high-volume use.
The Club at Midtown is expected to feature a range of upscale amenities, including cushioned indoor and outdoor courts, padel courts–reportedly the first of their kind in the area–along with Full Swing golf and game simulators. Plans also include a bar and restaurant space designed to offer a high-end, social atmosphere.
Developers say a final phase of Founding Memberships is now available in limited quantities, offering early access and additional benefits for those who join ahead of the club’s opening.
