Trot Nixon accepts ‘ALS Ice Bucket Challenge’

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — It’s an easy concept that is now viral. Even Trot Nixon can do it. Sorry Trot.

Here’s how it works. Dump a bucket of ice water over your head. Nominate others to do the same. Typically, the nominations come first. The purpose of the challenge is to raise awareness for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease(ALS).
