Two arrested for allegedly stealing copper wiring

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two men for allegedly stealing copper wiring.

Tommy Ray Bolton, 39, of Leland, is charged with felony larceny of $1,200 in copper wiring from DAK Americas located in Leland on Dec. 7.

Jason Eugene Bolton, 37, of Leland, and cousin of the Bolton, is also charged with felony larceny for the same incident.

Both Boltons’ are currently being held in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $100,000 bond.
