Whiteville woman arrested for selling prescription pills

WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY) — A Columbus County woman is in jail after deputies say she sold prescription pills.

The Columbus County Sheriff Office Vice/Narcotics Detectives learned Tina Robin White was distributing pharmaceutical opiates in the North Whiteville area. In July 2017, detectives initiated an undercover buy from White and sold fifty Oxycodone tablets.

Detectives arrested White at her house Tuesday on Bill Hooks Road in Whiteville.

She is charged with 1 felony count of Maintaining Vehicle/Dwelling/Place for Use, Sale, or Storage of Controlled Substance and 4 felony counts of Trafficking Opium or Heroin

She is being held in the Columbus County Law Enforcement Center under a $127,500 secured bond.
