Wilmington YMCA pools open for the season
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)– If the beach crowds are not your thing, local pools may be the perfect alternative for a more relaxed way to spend the holiday weekend.
The YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina has officially opened its outdoor pools in Wilmington for the Memorial Day weekend.
Both Legion Stadium Pool and Robert Strange Pool opened Saturday and will continue welcoming swimmers throughout the holiday weekend.
On Memorial Day, both pools will be open from noon until 5 p.m.
