Wolfpack assistant coach cited for speeding, resisting officer
RALEIGH (AP) — North Carolina State assistant basketball coach Larry Harris is facing two misdemeanor charges following an incident Wednesday night.
Harris is charged with resisting an officer and speeding. Both charges are misdemeanors.
Raleigh police spokesman Jim Sughrue says he doesn't have details of what happened between Harris and the officer.
Sughrue does say that for a short time, Harris refused to comply with the arresting officer's instructions.
The officer reportedly stopped Harris for driving 41 miles per hour in a 25 miles-per-hour zone near downtown Raleigh.
