It's the video gone viral that's amazing to some but scary for others. The fishing video taken just across the border in South Carolina shows a large bull shark suprisingly grabbing a fish off a line in the Intracoastal Waterway in Cherry Grove. With a smoking ban under consideration at Wrightsville Beach, many people wonder if the town could even enforce such an ordinance. So what is legal? What's not? And where?
