DOT to share plans for Eastwood-Military Cutoff intersection
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The NC Department of Transportation is planning to improve a busy Wilmington intersection, and it wants to talk to people the changes will affect.
The DOT will hold a public meeting about the proposed project to improve the intersection at Eastwood Road and Military Cutoff Road Tuesday. It’s 4-7 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church at 101 Airlie Road.
The agency says interested citizens may attend at any time during the meeting hours. NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and listen to comments regarding the project. Please note that no formal presentation will be made. Citizens will also have the opportunity to submit comments and questions in writing. Comments received will be taken into consideration as the project progresses.
