Lewis Farms plans to open stand in Ogden this week

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A sure sign of spring is when Lewis Farms opens their stand in Ogden for the season and that’s happening this weekend.

Lewis Farms announced they will open for the 2018 season Saturday, March 24 at 10 a.m. The stand was originally going to open on Friday but was pushed back a day because of weather.

You’ll able to purchase winter berries, plants, and of course, enjoy some of their homemade ice cream in just a few days.

Lewis Farms says they hope to start U-Picking Wednesday, March 28.
