Police investigating deadly shooting in Houston Moore housing complex
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting Thursday evening.
Police say it happened on 13th and Greenfield streets near the Family Dollar around 5:30 p.m.
Officers were responding to a report of shots fired. WPD says when they arrived, officers found a male victim. He was transported to New Hanover Regional Medical Center where he was declared dead.
The investigation is on-going.
