WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The murder of a Fort Bragg wife and her two young daughters in their Fayetteville home made headlines back in the 1980s. It was a mystery that played out for more than 25 years, including here in Wilmington, as suspect Tim Hennis was found guilty, later acquitted, then tried again after two decades of freedom.
