CFCC students’ cultural cuisine cookbook sold on Amazon
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Honors Statistical Methods class at CFCC used statistics and marketing methods to find out how they can market their own cookbook. Then the class wrote, designed and edited the book called ‘Tastes and Traditions-Exploring Immigration Through cultural cuisines’.
The book features recipes from around the world and it’s being sold as a Kindle book.
Andrew Wishon, honors club president, said they are very proud of their work.
“It definitely shows and validates your work you’ve done so far,” said Wishon. “And it shows that kids in community college aren’t failures or things like that but they are actually real students doing really cool work.”
The cookbook is available for Kindles but it also can be downloaded onto a computer so you don’t have to have a Kindle to learn about all the tasty dishes.
