South Brunswick grad to be named new head football coach at North Brunswick

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Pending school board approval Western Harnett football coach Larry Brock will be leaving Harnett County in order to take the head football coaching position at North Brunswick High School in Leland. Brock served as the head football at Western Harnett for four seasons. His teams sported a record of 16-31. Larry Brock is a graduate of South Brunswick High School. He still has family in Brunswick County. That’s one of the reasons the position caught his attention.

Pending school board approval Brock replaces longtime football coach Garry Bishop.
