Unearthed site may be synagogue where Jesus preached

MAGDALA, ISRAEL (CNN) — Archaeologists are digging all summer next to the Sea of Galilee.

They are unearthing what may once have been the home of Mary Magdalene, who is one of the most revered biblical saints, and a synagogue Jesus may have visited.
