Southwest warns travelers today to plan ahead after delays

DALLAS (AP) — Southwest Airlines is warning passengers today to get ready for possible delays because of technical problems that began yesterday morning.

The airline is telling travelers to arrive two hours early and print their boarding passes before coming to the airport.

Southwest says it’s been using back-up systems around the country to check-in travelers who don’t have boarding passes.

About 450 flights were delayed yesterday.
