Early voting starts Thursday

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Early voting opens across southeastern North Carolina Thursday.

Wilmington Mayor Bill Saffo is running unopposed.

There are eight candidates competing for three open seats on the Wilmington City Council.
