Weather worries force changes to high school football schedule

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Concerns about the threat of severe weather tonight has forced changes to tonight’s high school football schedule. Several games have moved up kick-off from the originally scheduled 7:30 p.m. or even moved the game to another night.

Laney at Ashley, 6 p.m.

South Brunswick at New Hanover, 6 p.m.

Clinton at Trask, 6 p.m.

Northside at North Brunswick, 6:30 p.m.

St. Pauls at East Columbus, 7 p.m.

West Brunswick at Hoggard, Monday night at 7 p.m.

Midway at West Bladen, Monday at 7 p.m.

If the game is not listed then it’s still scheduled for the normal kickoff time, which in most cases is 7:30 p.m. Friday.
