Southport man accused of shooting at home in Boiling Spring Lakes

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Brunswick County man faces charges following a shooting in Boiling Spring Lakes.
Simeon Alan Exline, 20, of Southport, is charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny of a firearm, damage to property, and discharging a firearm in city limits.
According to Boiling Spring Lakes police, the shooting happened on October 14 in the 200 block of Foxcroft Road.
Exline is currently in the Brunswick County Detention Center and is being held without bond.
