Sad PaPaw gets his frown turned upside down!

PURCELL, OK (KOCO) —  The power of social media turned an Oklahoma grand-dad into an internet celebrity and it’s thanks to five grandkids who couldn’t be bothered to show up for dinner. Last week he was sad PaPaw. This week, he’s all smiles. Jonathan Cooper takes you to round two!
