CHARLESTON, SC (WCIV) —  A South Carolina man is stepping up his game and showing true determination.
Ten years after being paralyzed in a car accident, he vowed to finish the Cooper River Bridge Run.
With the help of an exo-skeleton machine, he made good on that promise.
