Car smashes into east Charlotte QuikTrip, injures 1

CHARLOTTE (WSOC) — One person is recovering after a car drove through the window of a gas station in east Charlotte Friday night.

The car crashed into the QuikTrip on The Plaza at East W.T. Harris Boulevard. around 10:30 p.m.

MEDIC said one person had minor injuries.

First responders worked to get the car out of the building.
