CFPUA customer service returning to 235 Government Drive

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — CFPUA is reopening its office at the administrative building four months after transferring its customer service lobby to the Government Center down the road.

The temporary relocation was due to a plumbing leak.

CFPUA customers will again be able to conduct in-person business at 235 Government Center Drive starting January 2nd.

The office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Customer Service lobby will be temporarily located on the second floor while renovations are completed at the building.
