Two persons injured in shooting at Whiteville bar
WHITEVILLE (WWAY) — The Whiteville Police Department is investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital early Saturday morning.
It happened in the parking lot of Block’s Bar and Grill on S. Madison Street just after 1 a.m. When officers arrived, they were told that two people were taken to Columbus Regional Healthcare by personal vehicles. One person was transported to New Hanover Regional Medical Center and the other was treated and released.
