UNCW Baseball loads up the bus to head to the NCAA Regionals

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — UNCW Baseball left for the NCAA Regionals earlier today with a send-off on campus.

On Wednesday, the baseball team loaded up on the bus as they prepared to head to Athens, Georgia for the start of the NCAA Regional Tournament. Dozens of fans and UNCW faculty were there to show their support with plenty of high-fives and cheers as they sent the team off ahead of their long trip.

The Seahawks will play their first game against Georgia Tech this Friday at 7PM. The game will be televised on ESPN Plus.
