Pet Pals: Energetic Pit bull looking for forever home
WILMINGTON (WWAY) — This week’s Pet Pal is Drako, a 5-year-old Pit bull weighing about 65 pounds.
The New Hanover Humane Society says he’s one of the longer residents at the shelter and they are hoping to find the right home for him. Staff says he is a sweetie who loves people, has a lot of energy and will need a fenced yard with room to play.
The New Hanover Humane Society is located at 2405 North 23rd Street in Wilmington.
If you have another dog at home, a meet and greet is required.
