WILMINGTON, NC (STARNEWS) — A popular Wilmington restaurant group that is behind Indochine, Cafe Chinois, and the Indochine Express files for bankruptcy.

According to online documents, paperwork was filed on Oct. 4 and relates to loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration.
