Wilmington Warming Shelters open for four nights starting Sunday

(WWAY) The Warming Shelter ILM is an extreme-weather, overnight shelter that opens on Wilmington’s cold nights and offers anyone in need a warm place to sleep. The shelter will open on Sunday, December 1st and is expected to remain open through Thursday morning, December 5th. It is hosted at Grace United Methodist Church at 401 Grace St. and is directed by Rev. Meg McBride, Pastor of Hope Recovery UMC.
