UNCW Men’s Soccer holds steady in National Rankings

WILMINGTON, North Carolina (UNCWSports.com) – The UNCW men’s soccer team continues to be ranked in each of the four major Division I national rankings, which were released earlier this week.


• College Soccer News Top 30 Poll (Sept. 18)
• Soccer America Top 25 Poll (Sept. 18)
• United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll (Sept. 19)
• United Soccer Coaches Midwest Region Rankings (Sept. 19)
• Top Drawer Soccer Top 25 Poll (Sept. 18)


The Seahawks, who improved to 5-1-0 after an overtime victory at Delaware, remained in the No. 10 position on the Soccer America Top 25 while moving up four spots to No. 16 on the College Soccer News Top 30 poll.

UNCW remains ranked 14th in the Top Drawer Soccer Division I Top 25 while elevating four spots to No. 18 in the latest United Soccer Coaches (USC) Top 25 rankings. The Seahawks are also ranked fourth in this week’s USC Midwest Region rankings.

Coach Aidan Heaney‘s squad continues Colonial Athletic Association play on Saturday, Sept. 23, with a 7 p.m. contest at preseason league favorite William & Mary.
