Wilmington artist creates portrait celebrating women

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) —In a special report last month WWAY told you about a talented Wilmington artist who has autism. Now, he has created something special for International Women’s Day.

Rachard Mcintyre sketched an original piece of tennis champion Serena Williams to commemorate International Women’s Day today, showing the famous athlete in action.

Rachard posted the photo on Facebook and he said he enjoys watching her play.
