Four more Wildcats make college decision official

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Family, friends and Wildcats fans packed Brogden Hall to watch as four more members of the state champion Wildcat football team made their college commitments official.

Troy McCaskill will play at Randolph-Macon College, Jadah Ellis is off to Guilford College, Captain Nas Brown will join the Averett University Cougars and Grant Daley will follow in his brothers footsteps and play for Appalachian State.

These four have meant so much to the program and they hope to make a similar impact at the next level.

“Just to be able to build a mark and honestly it’s something for my brothers to build on,” Ellis said. “It should keep them motivated that if I can do it, they can do it.”

“I hope to bring a lot of passion and a lot of hard work,” I plan on doing what I need to do to become a star at the university.”
