Mom shares son’s hilarious back-to-school photos gone wrong

ST. LOUIS (WPBF) — A Missouri mom had quite the surprise when she saw the order form for her son’s school photos.

Laurel Hutsell could choose an American flag, fall foliage, or pastels, among other options, as the backdrop for her son Carter’s photos. But since all the backdrops were created with a green screen, the results weren’t quite as expected.

The 12-year-old wore a green shirt on picture day and blended into the background of all of the options. Hutsell didn’t realize his school yearbook photos would be taken with a green screen.

Hutsell posted the hilarious photos to her Facebook page for input on which to choose. The post has more than 45,000 likes and 33,000 shares as of Wednesday.
