Sharks take down American Legion Post 10 4-2

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — In non-conference action, the Sharks took down American Legion Post 10 on Wednesday 4-2.

The group of high schoolers started strong. A wild pitch brought Jack Holliman home from third in the 2nd. Two innings later, John Mason’s RBI single doubled the lead for Post 10.

Wilmington responded as a fielder’s choice with the bases loaded made it 2-1. Randy Carlo then hit a sac fly to right field to tied the game.
