Lane of Oleander Drive near Hanover Center closed for sewer repair

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A turning lane of the 3300 block of Oleander Drive near the intersection with Independence Boulevard is closed beginning at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday for a sewer repair.

A portion of the right turn lane of Oleander Drive adjacent to the Hanover Center parking lot is closed, with traffic shifted into the westbound travel lane. Turning traffic onto Independence Boulevard and into Hanover Center is still allowed.

Traffic on Independence Boulevard is not impacted.

The closure is expected to remain in place for approximately 6 hours Wednesday.
