One dead after motorcycle involved crash
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — One person is dead following a motorcycle and vehicle collision on Saturday night.
The motorcyclist involved in the collision later died at the hospital. No identity has been released at this time.
The collision occurred in the 2600 block of Carolina Beach Road according to the Wilmington Police Department.
Southbound lanes of Carolina Beach Road towards Shipyard Boulevard were temporarily shutdown.
No further details have been released.
