Local football players star for Randolph Macon in championship winning season

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Randolph-Macon College competes at the division III level across 18 different sports.

They are apart of the ODAC (Old Dominion Athletic Conference).

This season, Randolph-Macon won their conference for the fourth straight year, and sixteenth time overall. They finished the season with an undefeated record in conference, and with only one loss overall.

The Yellow Jackets roster contains players from four different Cape Fear Region schools.

Semaje Moore is a senior at Randolph-Macon, and is an alum of New Hanover High School.

Chuck Jones is also a senior at the college, and is an alum of Laney High School.

Jaxon Jones is a senior as well, and is an alum of Eugene Ashley High School.

Devonte Hill is a junior at the school, and is an alum of Cape Fear Academy.

The Yellow Jackets are scheduled to play their next game on November 29th, against John Carroll University.
