McAllister’s Deli celebrates grand opening of new Leland location

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — McAllister’s Deli officially opened their new location in Leland at 1109 New Pointe Boulevard. 

Doors opened at 10 am with people lined outside in order to receive the free incentives being offered. 

The first 50 people in line were given a free tea for a year voucher and were able to order a meal for the first time from the new location. 

Franchisee for McAllister Deli Chris Young says it’s been a long time coming. 

“I bought the one in Wilmington. I bought it 15 years ago, almost 16 years ago, so it’s been a long time to open the second location, but yeah, we’re really excited to be here, it took a while, I’m sure the people in Leland saw our signage up three, four, five months ago and then it took us a while to actually open the doors but really excited to be and I think we’re going to do really well,” said Young. 

McAllister’s will be open at its new location in Leland Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm.
