Sunset Beach community invited to ‘Chat with a First Responder’

SUNSET BEACH, NC (WWAY) — The Sunset Beach community is invited to the community center on Thursday January 28th to “Chat with a First Responder.”

The event, located at 200 Station Trail in Sunset Beach, will start at 6 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m.

Attendees can expect to talk one-on-one with telecommunicators, EMS, firefighters, and police officers. People can hear real stories and learn how each role works together before, during, and after emergencies.
