HAMPSTEAD, N.C. (WWAY) — A battle of strong girls lacrosse teams ended with hosting Topsail winning over Croatan 17-15 on Wednesday.

The Pirates were led by Gwen Gunn, who had seven goals. Tate Pasquantonio added another six to go with five assists.
