Sesame Street Live coming to CFCC’s Wilson Center in October

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Sesame Street Live is returning to Cape Fear Community College’s Wilson Center this fall.

“Elmo’s Got the Moves,” a new Sesame Street Live production, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17, at 2 p.m.

The show is part of the Wilson Center’s Family Series. Child and student tickets are available for $20 all-in, valid for any seat in the house.

The production features Elmo and other Sesame Street characters dancing to songs including “Sunny Days,” “Elmo’s Got the Moves” and “Letter of the Day.” Families will also see playful ways to move, including yoga, jumping rope, cartwheeling and dance moves.

Showgoers can also upgrade their ticket for an exclusive photo experience with Sesame Street friends.

Tickets will be available online to Wilson Center members Wednesday, May 6, at noon. Tickets go on sale online and in person to the general public Friday, May 8, at 10 a.m.

The Wilson Center says tickets should only be purchased at WilsonCenterTickets.com to avoid scams.
