Five charged after Onslow County drug investigation

ONSLOW COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Five people are facing multiple drug-related charges after the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home in Hubert following a months-long narcotics investigation.

According to the sheriff’s office, detectives with the Drug Enforcement Unit began investigating a residence on Apollo Drive on March 14, 2026, after receiving numerous complaints about suspected narcotics activity. Investigators later obtained a search warrant based on evidence gathered during the investigation.

Detectives executed the warrant during the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 15, detaining seven people inside the residence.

During the search, investigators said they seized approximately 48.5 grams of fentanyl, 4.3 grams of methamphetamine, assorted prescription pills, less than one gram of heroin, and $1,839 in cash.

The following individuals were arrested and charged:

  • Samantha Leigh Woelk, 35, of Hubert: Charged with multiple offenses including possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, felony conspiracy, simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Britt Wayne Sathoff, 36, of Hubert: Charged with multiple offenses including possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, felony conspiracy, simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kylie Rene Cricks, 31, of Hubert: Charged with multiple offenses related to methamphetamine, fentanyl and heroin, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, felony conspiracy, simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities also served Cricks with an outstanding probation violation for absconding.
  • Quentin Devon Graham, 28, of Jacksonville: Charged with multiple offenses related to methamphetamine, fentanyl and heroin, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, felony conspiracy, simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Graham was also served with an outstanding order for arrest.
  • Jeffrey Mitchell Hensley, 33, of Jacksonville: Charged with trafficking in fentanyl by possession, trafficking in fentanyl by manufacture, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver fentanyl, manufacture of fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the sheriff’s office, all five defendants are being held without bond pending their first court appearance on Thursday, July 16.
