Accident on N. Kerr Avenue near New Centre Drive

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — A vehicle accident in Wilmington is leading to some heavy traffic as police work at the scene.

The accident happened around 9 p.m. on N. Kerr Ave. near New Centre Dr.

Wilmington police officers are currently closing off southbound traffic between those two intersections as crews work at the scene.
