Annexation issues at forefront of council meeting

Wilmington City Council is meeting Tuesday night. One of the hottest topics to be covered will be the annexation of areas outside city limits.

Many citizens are discouraged by the recent discussions, especially some in Ogden. Part of the region may be next.
