Azalea Festival named among top 20 events in April in the southeast

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Southeast Tourism Society has named the North Carolina Azalea Festival one of the top 20 events in the southeast for April 2019.

The Southeast Tourism Society is a non-profit dedicated to promoting travel and tourism in 12 states.

Travel industry experts select 20 events per month to showcase.

This year’s Azalea Festival is April 3 through the 7.
