Accused Bank of America thief now behind bars

The man wanted for robbing the Bank of America on Market Street twice in a matter of weeks is now behind bars.

Authorities arrested Michael Hasty after the media showed bank surveillance photos from the second robbery. That generated a crucial tip.

Hasty has been charged with two counts of armed robbery. Police did not have to go far to find Hasty. He had recently been sent to jail on an unrelated charge.
