Battleship hosts annual Easter Egg Hunt Carnival
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Once in the thick of World War II, today there was nothing but fun at the Battleship North Carolina.
The Easter Bunny made an early stop there for the annual Easter Egg Hunt Carnival.
Kids and parents packed the lawn with one goal: Get as many eggs as you can!
And when it’s every kid for yourself, you’ve got to have a strategy.
“For the golden egg. First,” 5-year-old Julia Royal said. “Then after the golden egg, then I go to the pink eggs.”
Aside from the egg hunt, there was face painting, bounce houses, pony rides and snow cones.
